We do not offer returns or exchanges since most of our items are made to order.

I received a damaged item, what should I do?

We are extremely sorry for this to happen.

Every item goes through quality control checking before shipping it out. However, Frame and Prints are fragile items. If you believe your package was damaged in shipping. Please contact us directly through our email or send us a message on our FB/Instagram with the following information:

  1. Your order number
  2. The product code of the damaged or missing item
  3. Picture of the damaged item

We will always ready to help to make a replacement or otherways to resolve the issue.
