Shipping and Delivery

Do you ship nationwide?

Depends on the size of the item.

For items that are equal or less than <= 40x60cm (WxH) are available to ship nationwide. 

For items that are larger or equal to >= 50x70cm (WxH) are only available for pickup in Metro Manila.

Do you ship large items (50x70cm) nationwide?

Not recommended. 

Large frames are very fragile. There is a possibility of damage during transportation. Hence, we don’t recommend shipping nationwide. However,  if you still want to continue to order and ship out items outside Metro Manila, kindly be reminded that we will not be liable for any loss or damage. 

Is There a Shipping Fee?

Yes. The shipping fee will be based on the size of the items and the shipping destination.

150-300 Within Metro Manila thru Grab/Lalamove/Mr.Speedy

500-1500 Outside Metro Manila thru JRS/AP Cargo.

How To Track My Order?

For Grab/Lalamove/Mr.Speedy: You will receive a text message when the rider is on the way to deliver your package.

For JRS/AP cargo: You can track your package thru their website/hotline.

You may also send us a message on our FB page for order updates and delivery concerns.

How Long Will It Take To Get My Package?

For preorder items:  3-6weeks lead time before dispatching the item. For more information kindly check our pre-order policy.

For onhand items: Your package will be dispatched within 24 to 48 hours after we have received your payment. The tracking number will be sent through email after shipment.

Metro Manila: 1-2 working days

Metro Provincial: 1-2 working days

Other Areas: 4-7 working days

Expect delays in delivery during Peak Season. (Nov to Dec)

  • Send us the receiver’s name, complete delivery address, and contact number
  • Send us your proof of payment once you have settled your payment.
  • Wait for your tracking number after we have dispatched your order

Do You Accept Cash on Delivery (COD)?

As of now, we do not accept cash on delivery.

Do I Need Account to Place an Order?

You can check out anytime with or without account.
