Most of our items are made to order. The manufacture begins only after a confirmed customer order is received.

Moreover, Buying an item in pre-order can guarantee the size or item you want without risking that it runs out of stock upon arrival at our store.

Waiting times vary. Usually, the estimated waiting time is of average 25 working days or 3-6weeks from the date of the confirmed purchase of the item. Once that the item is available in our warehouse, your order will be available for pickup(for large-items) or dispatched within 24-48hours.

Please keep in mind that if you placed an order containing a pre-order item, the entire order will be on hold and dispatched at once.

For items larger or equal to the frame sizes around 50x70cm are only available for pickup.

The production sequence from manufacturing to delivery is linear and requires several processing steps. Delays may occur.

Also, expect delays during high peak seasons (Oct-Dec)

Customize prints orders are not allowed to cancel.

Other than Customize prints orders, if the waiting time has exceeded the given lead time (ex. more than 6 weeks), it is possible to request the cancellation of the pre-order item.
